Refund Policy

At Renvixo Business, we’re committed to delivering high-quality marketing and consulting services that meet our clients’ goals. Since our work involves customized strategies, creative execution, and time-based professional effort, we follow a fair and transparent refund policy.


1. General Policy

Our services are project-based and personalized for each client. Once a project or campaign has started, refunds are generally not applicable, as significant resources and planning go into execution from day one.

However, we always aim for complete client satisfaction and will review refund requests case by case.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been initiated or any work commenced.

  • The initial strategy or deliverable has not been shared within the agreed timeline due to delays solely from our side.

  • A technical or billing error led to an incorrect charge or duplicate payment.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services already rendered or partially completed.

  • Delays caused by missing client feedback, information, or approvals.

  • Marketing campaigns that have already gone live or been executed.

  • Domain, hosting, or third-party costs associated with your project.


3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project by submitting a written request to renvixobusiness@gmail.com before the project begins.
If cancellation occurs:

  • Before work begins – 100% refund (minus any payment gateway or administrative fees).

  • After project initiation – refunds are not available; however, unused portions of prepaid retainers may be applied to future services if mutually agreed.


4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or online wallet).

  • Any applicable transaction charges will be deducted from the refund.


5. Changes or Adjustments

Instead of refunds, Renvixo Business may, at its discretion, offer:

  • Service credits for future use.

  • Revised deliverables or additional support to ensure client satisfaction.

We prefer resolving concerns through communication and transparency — our goal is always to make things right.
