Payments for services must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
Invoices are generally issued in advance or based on project milestones.
All fees are non-refundable once the project has started, except in cases where cancellation is initiated by Renvixo Business.
Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.
While Renvixo Business strives to deliver all projects within the agreed timeframe, certain factors such as client feedback delays, third-party issues, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery.
We will always communicate proactively in case of any expected delays.
All materials, designs, logos, written content, and creative assets created by Renvixo Business remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose.
However, Renvixo Business reserves the right to use completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We value client privacy and confidentiality. All project-related information shared with Renvixo Business will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent — except when required by law.
Renvixo Business will not be liable for:
Any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from the use of our services.
Delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as server downtime, third-party platform issues, or natural events.

Our total liability, under any circumstances, will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

If a client cancels a project before completion, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly, and payments already made will not be refunded.
